1. How much are shipping costs?
The costs to send a shipment depend on many factors, including the size, weight, shipping location and delivery address of the shipment. We recommend you to contact our sales department for an accurate price indication.

2. How long does it take to deliver a shipment?
Within the Benelux (Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg), shipments are delivered within 24 hours. Within the rest of Europe, the estimated delivery time is between 24 and 72 hours. Also deliveries on specific times and on saturdays are possible. For shipments and deliveries outside of Europe, it is advised to contact us at email@example.com or by filling out the contact form, to received more detailed information about the estimated time of delivery.
3. From and to which countries can HST Groep import and export?
HST Groep can collect and deliver shipments all over the world, to and from any country. From China to Zimbabwe and Madagascar to North Korea, we ship everywhere!

4. What is the status of my shipment?
Are you a customer of HST Groep?
To stay informed about the status of your shipment, please visit the portal: http://portal.hstonline.nl/, here you can see the statuses of all your shipments. In this portal you can also find the Track & Trace link you can send to your customers so they can be informed about the delivery status of their order.
Do you expect a shipment that will be delivered by HST Groep?
You can enter your Track & Trace code on: http://portal.hstonline.nl/, here you will find the information about your shipment. If you don’t have a Track & Trace code yet, it’s best to contact the (web)shop you placed the order. They can provide you with the Track & Trace code so you can track your shipping.
5. Is is possible to request a pick-up time or delivery time?
Yes it is, on the day of the pick-up or delivery, the exact time can be given. In the middle of the night, our planners create the most optimal driving route for the drivers. This enables us to ensure a delivery within 24 hours, however this is also why the exact pick-up/delivery time cannot be given earlier.
6. Are there any vacancies at HST Groep?
At HST Groep, we constantly invest in new staff. The vacancies can be found at www.hst.nl/vacatures (mind that this page is yet only available in Dutch). No vacancy that appeals to you? We are always interested in open applications!
7. Can I rent storage space at HST Groep?
Certainly, one of the services of HST Groep is warehousing. Besides renting storage space, stock management, order pick & pack and distribution of your goods is possible. Read more on warehousing, or contact HST’s logistics department for all the possibilities.
