As a sustainable logistics service provider, we have invested in a high-tech automatic tyre pressure system for all trailers. The first trailers have been provided and already proving themselves on the road. In the coming months, all trailers, over 300, will be equipped with this unique system. It reduces the fuel consumption, tyre wear and downtime along the way. It also contributes to the safety because blowouts on the road will be prevented.

ATIS – Automatic Tyre Inflation System

ATIS of PSI™ is an automatic tyre inflation system that actively inflates the trailer tyres when pressure loss occures, even while you are driving. This will allow the tyres to remain at the ideal pressure, making sure the rolling resistance remains at its perfect theoretical value, and the operating reliability of the vehicle is guaranteed.

The longevity of the tyres is increased by an average of 10%

No unnecessary downtime caused by tyre rupture

Greatly reduced wear also on retreaded tyres

In practice

Each trailer will be equipped with the unique system by adding air hoses to all tyres on the outside. These are connected to the system and keep the pressure at a constant value. When there will be a loss of pressure, the system automatically pumps and a lamp will light up on the side cover of the trailer. In this way, the driver can easily recognize a flat tyre.
