There is a lot involved in the global transport of goods. Who pays which costs, and who is responsible for which obligations and risks? This is why the Incoterms were established. These are international standards governing the rights and obligations of the buyer and seller during transport. Need help? In addition to transporting shipments worldwide, we also offer storage facilities. With our comprehensive approach to warehousing and Value Added Logistics, we take care of every aspect of the logistics process for you. In collaboration with our partner network TransMission, we also deliver to both private customers and businesses in the Netherlands on Saturdays.

On the day of delivery or collection, you can request a time slot. This is because our planners draw up the most efficient schedule for our drivers the night before. As a result, we are unable to confirm the exact delivery time in advance.

Are you a customer of HST Group?
You can check the status of your shipment 24/7 via HST Online. There you will also find the track & trace link that you can send to your customers so that they too are kept informed about the delivery.

Are you expecting a parcel to be delivered by HST Group?
You can enter your track & trace code at HST Online to view the status of your shipment. If you haven’t received a track & trace code (yet), it’s best to contact the party from whom you made your purchase. They can provide you with the track & trace details so you can track your shipment.

Within the Benelux, parcels are delivered within 24 to 48 hours. For other countries within Europe, the average delivery time is 24 to 96 hours. The cost of sending a pallet or parcel depends on a number of factors. These include the size, weight, collection point and delivery address of the shipment.
