Immediate insight with PO management

Straight after placing your order, the PO management system will provide you with insights in your shipment. We check your shipment right after the ready date at your producer’s until delivery. Even before departure, we keep control of the logistic process. We only need two things from you: the cargo ready date (when the shipment is ready at your supplier or producer) and required delivery date (when you want it delivered). You can leave the rest to us.

Our system will make a pre-booking and will give an indication based on the supply chain. You can add data that is important to you (KPIs such as ETD, ETA, etc.). We will monitor the process closely. In the case of irregularities, our dedicated contact will keep you in the loop, and we will contact your supplier, producer, or agent directly. As soon as your goods are ready we complete your booking, and make sure they are transported as soon as possible.

Status sheets

HST Online offers you 24/7 access to current and historical shipment data. You can also post bookings digitally here. You will receive a daily or weekly status sheet to help you track your shipment.
