The e-fulfillment process begins even before a single order is placed with the online store:
Step 1: receiving, storage, and inventory management
The goods are carefully checked and stored in our own warehouse in Enschede. Of course, not every product can be stored in the same way. That is why we always take the product characteristics into account and store them in the best possible way.
Step 2: order processing and shipping
Has an order been placed? Congratulations! Our pickers get to work immediately, carefully checking the order and packing it securely. This can often be done very easily in a standard box or envelope, but sometimes requires a customized solution, which we always help to devise.
Step 3: returns
Sometimes a product does not meet expectations and the customer returns it. The speed and quality of the return process are decisive for customer satisfaction. Return logistics is a complex process in which HST Group takes care of everything.
